Winnipeg Summit

The Governor-Elect Learning Seminar (GELS) is an important training program that prepares incoming governors for their leadership roles in their districts. Governors-elect should attend the GELS for the zone in which they were elected and will serve, acquiring essential knowledge of Rotary governance, priorities, and best practices while developing valuable relationships with fellow leaders and mentors. They are also encouraged to complete the District Governor Basics and Intermediate learning plans in the Learning Center to further improve their preparedness.
